Leading workplace consultant, Saracen Interiors is on site for WYG in Leicester and Liverpool having won contracts from the global project management and technical consultancy to provide move management and refurbishment services at these two company addresses.
Saracen began phased works at the Leicester offices at the end of September and will be adding to its portfolio of work for this client having started work in Liverpool in November. The company has built a strong relationship with WYG in recent years, providing a range of design, move management, small works and fit out services at a number of its offices around the UK.
The 12-week project in Leicester covers the stripping out and removal of existing fixtures and fittings and the supply and installation of ceilings, floors, partitioning and additional lighting and power including a ceiling mounted video projector and new data cabling. Saracen will also supply and install a new kitchen, paint and decorate throughout and source and supply all furnishings ready for immediate occupancy.
Joint managing director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page is delighted that the team is building on its existing relationship with WYG: “We’ve come a long way with this client and have developed a core understanding of the company’s culture and its needs. Our aim has been to present ourselves as an extension of the WYG team and, as a result, they call on us for projects of differing sizes around the UK, trusting us to support them with minimal disruption to their staff. It’s a great position to be in and we look forward to increasing the support as we move forward into the New Year.”
Saracen has been creating exceptional workspaces for over 30 years, providing fit out, small works and move management packages for a list of blue chip companies around the UK. Saracen Small Works, Saracen Facilities Management and Saracen Office Moves were launched in 2013 to provide clients with a full and complete service encompassing all aspects of office interiors’ services from space planning and design through to fit out and facilities management.
We trust the team’s suggestions and are confident that we are in safe hands and that goes a long way to taking the stress out of any individual project, freeing us up to concentrate on other work-on-hand.
