Supporting Firstsource in Wales
The Saracen Group has struck again and are delighted to have won yet another contract with Firstsource, one of the world’s leading business process management companies. The contract with this valued client details a complete, innovative and new design and build fit out with a budget value of circa £1M.
The highly qualified and skilled team at Saracen will be responsible for designing and fitting out the ground and first floors of the building, making it suitable for the clients’ very specific needs and requirements. The contract spans across an array of fit-out disciplines, which include partitioning, glazing, mechanical and electrical design, modification and upgrading, flooring, interior decorating, security, access control, fire alarm installation, a kitchen area with commercial fridges, bespoke joinery, manifestation as well as blinds.
Saracen will also look to relocate the high-capacity standby generator from the existing buildings to the new site with all the complications that brings with it.
The programme is extremely tight, with works on site expected to begin on the 4th of January 2022 and a projected project handover date of the 11th of March 2022. Both Saracen and Firstsource are looking forward to working together once again on the fastrack 9-week project and all that will come with it.
