Saracen Interiors has completed a fit out project for Consort Medical at the leading global contract development and manufacturing organisation’s new offices at Breakspear Park.
One of Hemel Hempstead’s most popular commercial addresses, Breakspear Park has been purpose built to attract growing companies, with excellent transport links and amenities.
Consort Medical was previously based in a smaller space at the prestigious site, however, the company has now taken over 10, 000 sq ft on the first floor and, with the support of Saracen, has been keen to make its mark on the new office, while maximising the potential of the extra space.
Fit out work was completed at the end of last month and included the installation of partitioning to create private offices and meeting rooms; the design and fit out of a new breakout area; the installation of power and data to suit the new layout; the sourcing and fit of furniture and all manifestation and branding works.
The move was orchestrated by the workplace consultant’s office move division, Saracen Move Management. Director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page comments:
“We are moving towards providing a full service option for a lot of our clients, with many purchasing facilities management and move management services from us as well as design and fit out services.
“For Consort Medical, we most definitely took a holistic approach and fully assessed the needs of the client before contemplating the most effective solutions. The need for an open plan space, allowing room for further expansion, was identified along with a basic need for private office spaces to accommodate multiple existing departments. As our work involves a good degree of client liaison, building relationships and an understanding of how that company works, it makes sense for us to also oversee the move itself.”
